Faculty Web Space Request Form

Application for Space on the Faculty Web Server

Submission of this form authorizes the College to create a network account in your name. This account will entitle the user to storage on the faculty web server via FTP. The content of web pages will be the responsibility of the faculty member who posts the content. These pages are intended to enhance course by making materials more readily accessible to students as well as provide other resource as the instructor determines. These web pages will be password protected.

Your request will be automatically forwarded to your department chair via your "Department' select on the form below. This approval will then be sent to the Computer Center for processing.
