Application for an Academic Network Account
and 10Mb Storage on the "Q:\" Shared Drive

Submission of this form authorizes the College to create an academic network account in your name. This account will entitled the user to 10MB of storage on the academic network. Be aware that all users of the college academic network have read-only access to this storage area. Once your account is validated, you will be the only person capable of placing, editing, or removing files from this network area after you have properly logged in to the Academic server. Your request will be processed within 7 days of your request submission.
