The Colonials womens cross country team ran another perfect season in conference competition finishing first at the Johnson, Philadelphia and Luzerne Invitational meets in September, then winning the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC) and the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (PCAA) Championship on October 25.
The teams stellar performance catapulted Coaches Rogers Glispy, Ephener Green, Robert Taylor and ElPhant Eure to their fourth consecutive EPCC Coach of the Year Award and third straight PCAA Coach of the Year honors.
Freshman runners Sophia Downey, Zafirah Green and Maria Morales and sophomore Olivia Mooney received EPCC All-Conference, All-Tournament, or PCAA All-State honors. Downey also was named PCAA Runner of the Year.
On the Mens Track Team, sophomore Kevin Hannon and freshman Samuel Diaz received EPCC All-Conference and All-Tournament and PCAA All-State honors.
